Ok so i have yhis strange noise coming from my pc, at first i thought it was my overclock what was the issue so i put it all back to stock with turbo off and hyperthreding off, yet i still have the weird noise.. Its kinda like a crackling noise.. I'm now getting worried so if anyone could possibly know what it is then please help, thnx in advance * +

Or it could be a rattleing sould like something vibrating.. This dont sound good at all.. Yet my machine runs just fine * +

Ok but its difficult with 12fans in my case n they not easy to disconnect, all wires at back of the motherboard, have the antec 1200 * +

Jay u once again amaze me, opened case but couldn't pin point it, so i decided to stop the fans one at a time with my finger, started with my corsair ram cooler and i got lucky, it was the middle fan.. Once ud stopped it n started it again the noise went.. Mission complete * +

I now remember a guy on you tube with same issue on his Corsair ram cooler but he coluldn't fix it.. * +

I'm just reinstalling Win 7 Ultimate 64bit n all my new drivers.. Jay have u any idea when Gigabyte will bring a new bios update for are board.. Also is the i7 980x worth its money, i also wanna upgrade my ram to ddr3 2000mhz now the board supports it.. Is corsair the best ram out *
