Don't know what the law says about it in Africa but in the UK it is illegal to use someone elses connection without permission, even if they are not using any type of encryption. * +

in south africa most routers come with wifi security already enabled (from telkom at least) most people here dnt even make use of wifi and usually have 1GB caps lmao! not much use if hacking it! *
