The disconnection clause was removed from the final bill. But it has been replaced with a site blocking clause. * +

A similar law was passed in france and sweden ,Its had the opposite effect and piracy has actually increased lol * +

Ahh at least thats better then, not managed to read over the entire bill yet though. Site blocking isnt too bad, though I feel still site blocking reminds me of the way china handles their net. * +

wouldnt this bill increase the usage of annonymous p2p software...??? cos i seen couple of adverts now for them... such as the ipredator, located in sweden n a canadian... both say that traffic is encrypted n isps wont have a clue whats what and whos who... * +
