Just run the recovery console then copy it over from the windows disk. Then run a chkdsk * +

Connect your hard drive to another system as slave. Then start that system and run check disk where your current os installed. Then turn on show system hidden file. Copy that file from 2nd hard drive to yours. Now your hard drive is ready to boot. * +
