I'd suggest to get xp version rather than havin win98 for that use.. Win98 wil ask for driver cd for every accessory you attach to yo laptop.u'l get others advise too ere for usb net. But if u hv xp or latest o.s that'l guide u how to connect itself. * +

yeah its xp, vista and windows 7 it works best with. Maybe windows 2000 wud work tho * +

I think , u should take a step 2 upgrade the OS , and donot u think that dongle comes up with a cd. If not then browse the version nd instal d required driver 4rm d manufacturer site. *
