Hey, i got a problem wit my ivt bluesoleil blue tooth, it use to work fine but now wen i open the programe to use blue tooth it doesnt work it just shows the information that doesnt do anything i tried every thing i have windows 7 my dongle works on my pc wit xp, wat can be the problem * +

You need a proper drivers for it thats what i did when upgraded to seven * +

and bluetooth tray icon is gray?than try unpluggin bluetooth hardware than plug it in again * +

I tried all of that, i have an acer aspire 5332 ,so here is my problem in detail, i click on the bluetooth icon it then opens up,then i have two folders name device an driver at the bottom of them is files an icons, i uninstalled it already many times but the problem the same please help. * +

thats program files folder if i m not missin something.ok,do you have a bluetooth icon next to the clock?if you do,what is the color? * +

if there is an icon near the clock on the taskbar,right click on it and from the menu,choose display.that should show the user interface. * +
