you can as minimum pc specs is 1ghz cpu and 1gb ram and a gpu with wdm 1.1 support but if i was you id add a extra 1gb ram and a higher gpu for aero support has you will noticed bad colours with that vga card you have * +

aero is a bunch of graphical effects that require a decent 3D card to accelerate. stuff like semi transparent window edges, flip controls and hovering over thumbnails etc etc just fancy visual stuff * +
