I hv a pc game that requires processor clock speed 2.0ghz but unfortunately i have the processor wth clock speed 1.8ghz but its dual core . Is it safe to run such game with this processor. * +

the only thing you will get is a decrease in performance if you run a certain game with underspecked hardware.there is no danger of any kind but a lack of performance..unless you run vista,f it,anything is possible with vista * +

You wont get a lack of performance. As you say, it requires a 2.0GHZ Processor. Your Processor is 1.8GHZ but its Dual so you'll get better performance. * +

Also check ur device manager to see if windoes is using both cores, if ur running xp. * +
