I checked the reading of my cpu its spose to be 3.6Ghz but cpu z is reading it has 3.5Ghz why is this? when it spose to show 3600Mhz? * +

all CPU's are not exactly what they say they're always below. It's always rounded off. 3591MHZ is 3.6mhz rounded off its only 9Mhz away from 3.6. * +
