I doubt you can run win7 on your lappy. Even if you upgrade ram it will strugle to run win7 with that processor speed * +

my pc is lower specced and can run win7 just fine.. although i got 1gig ram as opposed to your 700mb so get win 7 premium or even ultimate and you'll be allright for now * +
