I'm with TalkTalk for my broadband, and i lost connection 24 hours ago, and also phone line too, my phone came back shortly afterwards, but my broadband is still down. I've called TalkTalk but guess what-their systems are down!Can anyone suggest any help? * +

TalkTalk customer service is awful. What's the DSL light on your router doing? Have you tried switching the router off for a few minutes? And have you tried the awful 'assist and go' software? * +

Router is d-link which is bad enough, dsl light is flashing intermittently, and my internet light is constantly red. I am prepared for a long wait but also trying to get on via my orange mobile n usb cable thru ericsson pc suite is proving futile! Grrr * +
