I had problems with them when i first moved to them. Go to the forums on the website and post your problem. They can alter your connection to improve stability. the team on the site are pleasant and helpful. They got me sorted in less than a week. You don't need the assist and go software. * +

im with them for another 8 months had endless of problems with connection etc. im re installed that cd gawd knows how many times. that helps 4 a while. i must say lately the connection has been good but the speeds are slow. * +

it all depends how far you are away from the exchange. i was on the fastest profile at my distance was about 7 MB but to improve stabillity it dropped to 6MB. they throttle the bandwidth at certain times too. but the speed and connection i have now suits me fine. the router is a bit cak but if you change the wireless settings to channel 11 it helps a lot for your wireless connections (wii, psp, laptop etc) * +
