Is it possible to download a free tuner for my laptop running windows 7 and watch tv with out having to pay for silly expensive fees for watching tv.....if so can u suggest any that are free to download and watch *

tuner? u need a tv card, if u want to view encoded channels id do a lot of reading before u invest ur money, u'll need a CAM for encoded channels, if u just wanna watch stuff from the net try justin.tv or ustream or project free tv etc *

You mean streaming the broadcasts? Google streaming tv channels. Win 7 got a few thats free in media center like mma and cnt NBC news channel *
