One of friend had xp on his pc with 160hd. Xp is installed on c drive. He today me today to installed vista on drive d. After boot i changed the boot manager so system can dual boot. Everything was done fine . Problem came while installing application. When booting through xp all works fine. When on vista the software gets installed in c drive instead of d. I think something went wrong while vista installation. * +

yeah he can change the drive letter in the installshield and why would he want Vista and XP? His making his life harder. Use one OS! Not Vista, XP! * +

If you dual boot make one fat 32 its easier. One will always be d. Its how win names it. Under my computer properties you can set the default locations * +
