I have a problem. I tried using total video convert to convert vob files into divx so i can just play it via usb on my home theatre. But i cant get the settings right. I guess i need a dvd to divx ripper so whats the best and fastest one i dont mind paying as long as it works. The tv series i download of the net play fine so i need something like what the people who upload use * +

Is that divx player with converter? Also it must be able to rip a single .vob file because the videos i want to rip are single .vob files from different discs * +

format factory,free,can convert a single vob into avi,mpg,swf,wmv,flv,mov...avi can be set to use divx,mpeg4,xvid,all comes inbuilt,very fast2,why payin some commercial cr*p? * +

the official homepage is www.formatoz.com,you can probably download your copy there (70MB or so),also can merge two or more vobs into one large vob so it is suitable for rippin divx from dvd without menus,besides covers most multimedia converting so u can forget askin4another software2convert somethin.i use it all the time and its impressing.doesn t work with cd audio tracks. * +
