Everytime i copy files on it its either they corrupt, they dont show or unaccessable and the folders wil say they hav 0 bytes * +

Why would you want to change the format to NTFS? Change it back dude. Flash drives are meant to have the FAT file system because other devices which you plug your flash into (most of them) can only read FAT file systems. * +

http://www.ntfs.com/quest22.htm heres how but you have to remember not all flash sticks like ntfs. * +

and you always and i mean always have to safley remove them. if you just yank the stick your gona kill it. * +
