Has anyone actually got ATI Avivo Video Converter to work with windows 7? When i select a .avi source file i get a message popup saying The Selected source file contains either an unsupported video/audio format or no video/audio content. Please try another source file ive tried this on every video but still same happens any ideas why im getting this error? * +

Could be that you need the directshow codecs installed separately from what i gathered from the AMD-ATi forum thread ( http://is.gd/a1VuU- ) it seems that the converter does not have any codecs itself but uses codecs installed on the system. And being 32 or 64-bit might matter too * +

No Windows 7 doesn't have all the Codecs and 64 bit Win7 doesn't matter 7 64bit OS is technically 64-bit and 32-bit. * +
