Guys,im running XP,but when i tried to install my phone software the otha day,it won't load! It gives me a msg sayin im missin some programs to run the software.A buddy then gave me the windows xp service pack 3...but now it says i need to upgrade to a older service pack first before loading service pack 3.Should i just re-install XP? and how do i do it?? *

you need sp1 and sp2 installed first before installing sp3 *
