i think he means flip 3d effect of vista.yet i haven t used vista for long and it is a shty system anyways so i didn t bothered to turn it off but i m just guessin maybe control panel-system-performance-visual effects and turn off 3d flip or similar... * +

when you rightclick explore in vista and it opens the explorer window all the folders listed keeps moving to the sides . how do i turn this feeture off. i dont know how to explain it otherwise * +

When that happens click on view explorer bar then uncheck everything you have there. Or just check what you want * +
