hey guys, i got a problem wid my proline laptop. i cnt hear any sound frm my laptopz speakers nor my headphones i checked all the sound settings.. usually when i plug into the jack, a pop up appeard that says something is plugd in. but itz not hapening nymre. hope u can help me. thanx in advance * +

Did you install to get any virus prior to the sound loss. * +

check the device manager in controlpannel/system if the drivers are working and the device is active then check the mute settings. if this isnt the problem then look at taking it to a shop. * +

you have also checked the wires to make sure there not broken? other than that thers not a lot you can do except get it looked at by a pro. * +
