depending on what player your using go into options and tick, drop frames to keep sync. * +

okay al the files are avi no I don't want to drop frams in my players I want to fix the video itself I have al of the programs but I need some program that could tell me the exact dely between the video and audio then I would be abel the fix the movie * +

I have same problem wit mp4's they were playing normal and then suddenly were out of sync i used media player classic to delay audio time shift but it doesn't always work. * +

they cant tell you exactly because they dont have the file infos, each file is different (unless done by the same ripper who normaly stick to 1 setup) genraly in playback only not conversion dropping frames is good enough without any noticable drop in picture quality. * +

in conversion you need the audio bitrate, the fps and other timings (total video converter will give all that info) then its down to trial and error to get the best sync. *
