Yes but you will need to find some software to create it. Google or wait for someone to tell you what to use. Maybe tune up uttilities will do it but I'm not sure. * +

you can use logon changer to change ur startup pic. tweaks logon is the smallest and quickest. you just pick any pick and it will resize it and set it there and then. * +
