can any 1 help pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze.i think i must of prest a button by mistake.it has a small lock picture on keyboard.now its just windows cums up.then goes blank.hav i put a lock on it *

press f3 on boot and select factory settings p.s u will lose a lot off stuff *
