but nw my laptop is dead.. While i m dragging this video into mplayer this s**t happens. First stucked the display. Then turned off never came it back. Anyway its not a problem in display. Its working properly n problem is with video card * +

dragging a file wouldnt cause a hardware problem the most that would happen is the machine would lock up till you press reset, if you just powerd off then the chances are sumthin else happend. maybe a corrupted registry. * +

turn off the laptop remove power lead and pattery, now press the power button for 10 seconds, reattach the battery and try powering on, if it boots then go to safemode let it load up and then just shut down normaly, reboot as normal. * +

no, its not boot normaly or in a safe mood, when i hit power button, display does nt appear. Hard drive fans n all are working. But no display n no sign of booting..start up sounds does nt come * +
