Im using an o2 dongle since friday was workin well till last night sunday my laptop doesent recotnise the dongle an the o2 internet connection symbol is gone dongle is flashing but nothing cumin up on computer help please im running windows vista * +

Remove the dongle and uninstall the dongle software if any and iff you still have the setup. The try reinsert and install. Then lets know how far. * +

Most experts hardly fix registry errors...(at least if you think thats what it is).BEST thing is to see if o2 has tech support for the dongle. I had a similar problem once with huawei etisalat modem,but their tech support fixed it.though i dont know what they did. * +

By the way you could try on another computer to confirm it the modem that is actually faulty. * +
