If you dont have the no dvd patch for a game and you run it off a image you can make a mini image about 1mb in size. to do it use alcohol or ultraiso when it starts with the image press cancel and dont let it delete it. theres your mini image. oh it works on certain protections only which look 4 a bad sector at the start of the data. you just need that bad sector on the image to work. * +

whats bollox? do it and see for yourself then say bollox again. have you ever tried it? dont seem like it. i made of football manager 10 a 7mb dvd image which works 100 percent. dont comment if you never tried it b4 * +

yea right... so.. we got files like 6.5GB... and then we make an image in size let's say 5-10MB just due to process aborted and unfinished... ok. i understand that part.. but that image will never work

its to run the game lol not to splat it on a disk for use or install. its to run the game without pasting that 6gb image to a virtual drive for the game to start. what sounds better 6gb image to virtual drive or a 1-6mb image? * +

and i know you get no dvd exe but its a temp solution or if you dont like the patches as lot of them give problems and updating you have to copy original exe back update get another dvd patch etc. So its your own choice if you dont like the patches and use virtual drive this is a simple solution 4 u to work * +

both gives same speed for starting game and full image is must for sharing so ill stay with metul * +

lol i dont care what you stay with i just shared sumthing thats quick and easy its up to you what you want to do but i got to say pasting a 6gb image to a virtual drive and a 6mb one is a huge difference * +
