if there are no drivers installed it would show up as vga display device. gpu-z is your only option or click on the display device and select properties then click update driver. with any luck it will install a gineric driver for the card and then it will show up in diag. * +

And so, i have another problem, i bought Resi 5 for PC, and my Video card is cr*p and no where good enough for the game, 256MB XFX 6800XT PCI-E GRAPHICS NVIDIA VIDEO CARD 6800, is the card am looking at to fit into the pc, however, i would now like to know where i can find out if the my CPU can take it? * +

what is the minimum requirement for the processor aka cpu? the will say it with minimum graphics requirement. And for no driver install when windows startsup it will install the driver if theres none so update anything wont do anything. To see the card you have just check when your pc start up it will say you gpu's name and model on the bios boot up screen normally above or underneath your ram * +
