Hi guys i Found out where my high pitched noise was coming from, i'm pretty sure its my PSU, would u recomend me buying a new 1 or will it be ok 2 use, just i need 850w coz of my 5870 in Xfire * +

I tried the psu on an older machine n it didn't make any high pitched noise, so maybe its something else, its just annoying me now, i'm using my rig n it seems to run fine, just an annoying sound in my ears all the time * +

The newer CPU Z does that. It reads my 3.0GHZ Dual as 1.6GHZ too. Test all your parts on another computer to find the noise. * +

Its defo the psu, all my fans are on low, n it defo the psu, it seems to be struggling, but its 850w akasa powermax gaming psu.. 2 v12 rails at 35amps each, suring its enough to power my rig * +
