that happens when you overclock the PC and it runs unstable, unstable meaning what your PC is doing. When you cleaned the fan and processor you probably 'cleaned' the cooling paste off it too. So your processor is overheating and your pc hangs. Get cooling paste and apply it there and NEVER take your fan off again. The processor and fan doesn't need cleaning. Make sure your fan is mounted properly * +

this is no heating problem, as temp is 45 degree celsius. isn't it normal.and i know about cooling paste, i didnot touch that area. * +

45 degrees in idle on the sensor is not good. And how did you clean the CPU and fan? Taking off the fan I assume removes the compression of paste to the CPU which opens the holes for air to get in the CPU. Thats why everytime a fan comes off the CPU, new paste should be applied. And 45 degrees is idle, and on load it could shoot up to 60+ and than switch off or hang. Check your temperatures in... * +

Windows while you have something to work the CPU and see what temperature it reaches. If its not. Take off one RAM stick and try the PC again. Decrypting, converting videos, helps to work the CPU if you don't have software like Hot CPU Tester etc. * +
