They are a server that downloads files and changes the extension so you can download even with web filters. * +

I'm not familiar with web filters. I don't even know whats that. I just download files with real extentions. * +

it changes the exe to a none executable extension so it seems like a harmless file to the web filter, you then change it back 1s the file is downloaded. not realy a good idea as normaly webfilters are applyed to a system for security reasons, to stop idiots downloading malware on to secure sytems that hold sensative data. *
