You say you 'think' you have 2 gig, why dont you check to make sure it is two gig you have? If you dont know just right click on drive then properties. * +

well it had 2gig ram when new, am getting an error i got b4 all this happend when i download summat, says unknown publisher... Am guna take it to a pc shop, iv had enough of it! * +

My mistake, though you meant hd. I know what you mean about having enough, i have a laptop that has caused me nothing but problems. Over past month i must of reinstalled windows 50 times. * +

what garphix u got? maybe integrated graphix took theyre cut.example intel gma in vista takes 224 to 256mb of ur ram. and the other gig i dunno why thats gone. * +
