I currently have nod32 has a spyware protection with its built in antivirus and windows defender i checked action centre in windows 7 and it says Windows Defender and ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4.0 both report that they are turned on. Note: Running two or more antispyware programs at the same time can cause your computer to run slowly. what i want to know should i switch windows defender off or leave *
