i used to backup the entire windows folder coz thats where most driver files are... but you can also go to the dell site for uptodate drivers * +

best yo go to the dell site and download new 1s and save the setup files to a flash card. its pointless to try to save installed drivers as theres more to it than just saving them to another hdd and copying them back over. some drivers will activley target other saftware and load in attachments for that 2 or a certin system config, get it wrong and your asking it to blue screen. * +

driver genuis then choose backup drivers it will do it in a zip file self exe installer or the folders your choice. 4shared.com get it there *
