Well you might get a rather nice shock! 
cos if you dial the settings in right and the format support is what you need, even a 4670 will obliterate a pentium 4 on its own for conversion. you will see probably see max CPU usage though. * +

also one more thing would overclocking the gpu from 750mhz to 800mhz hurt it? cause when i was playing streetfighter 4 i did a benchmark and rank wa D but when i overclocked my gpu to 800mhz it ranked C * +

well as long as you do not see strange artifacts and blocks on the screen, and the card is not overheating it is safe. dont push it too hard though * +

just checked my card spec it has 514 million transistors on 55nm fabrication process how much does a pentium 4 have spartan? is that what makes the processes run faster the transisters? *
