bad registry7 value or corrupted service. use the old account to see why the new account has failed, via the admin tools/event viewer * +

the service may have been dissabled by admin and may not run on guest accounts as it leaves the users fingerprint available to view by admin, ie what they have been doing. * +

look at the event viewer and see why the service failed. maybe it has dependanceys or its been dissabled. when you find out why it may just be a case of going into services and enabeling it. if its registry related then google will help you quicker than here. * +

Event viewer: could not load profile. Network not connected. tried regedit no registry for my profile so I couldn't delete the .bak file. Tried bdedit.exe set current always off. Restart. Couldn't access control panel. Turned it on. Still couldn't. N0w Im m0re fked. * +
