microstutter happens even on single gpu cards. make sure your cpu is fast, drivers are updated, games are patched and nothing is eating background resources. some games naturally stutter anyway as they stream. gta4 and prototype are exactly the sort of game u might expect that from. very fast hard drives help * +

Cpu fast enough i7@4gig drivers are up todate 9.12 wit hotfix raid0 wd black No bottleneck anywher if crysis can play fine wit the 295 these games played fine could be drivers or somethin searched internet gonna try to lock the 2d on the card to 3d settings as some say it helps as the card memory tends to clock down causin the stutter * +

It actuly works must have msi after burner installed to do that What happens is the card clocks the memory to 2d clocks an up again causin the stutters inbetween so if you lock the 2d settings to you 3d settings it works :) * +

turn all the settings on the card to default apart from the clocks if you have oc'd it. coz i know gta and prototype work smooth as silk on mine and i have my card at default and stock. *
