Mecer p4, asus mobo p5vdc-Tvm, 3.6ghz and 1gig ram, with two slots ddr Ddr2 rams, ive tried takin the heatsink and fan out clean them no diff incase it would jst restarts randomly, ws thinkin of flashin the bios bt dnt knw wer the jumpers r situated, ive already changed pwr supply, rams, dnt knw wt next 2do .pls help out * +
