usin laptop n battery needed charging. plugged charger in2 laptop, it started charging. Then nxt minute it has stopped charging. Will it just be faulty cable. * +

check the cable end that goes into the adapter. u may have broken it by moving it in wrong angles. some cables are weak and will snap real easy. * +

if its so then buy a new one or fix it yourself. i fixed one of my adapters that had a weak cable. and u can but some reinforcement to the place it snapped so it wont happen again. * +

Check rating on charger and on battery. Then did you ever removed the battery and run it of mains? If laptop works then its not the charger. You are suppose to run lappy without battery when its running of the mains. Laptop must b switched off when charging *
