with an overclocked core i7 expect a good 500w consumption loaded. 
it should just about manage as long as the 12v rails have lots of amperes * +

850 watts is more than enough. 130w cpu 188wats per card and another 100 for the other companents, you will need to oc yer i7 to reduce the bottleknecks that your gona get on lesser games. if you dont have an iz then you will only be able to run 1 of the cards even then you will need 3.6 ghz at least * +
