no if you have the free version which dsnt have an active sheild your fine . use it as a file scanner via context menu and a on demand scaner * +

yeah it picked up a trojen in ms office and had avast before and that missed it grr * +

is it best to quarintine what it picks up as a high risk or just delete? * +

you quarantine if you think deleting them might affect other software operating ie if its a false detection . delete if your sure you wont need that file again * +
