I have an Intel DQ45CB Motherboard and when i disable the Quiet System Technology, the CPU is much cooler. However, start-up time is longer and both the BIOS And Speed Fan can't detect the speed of my fans. Can anyone help me? *

You may need to update your BIOS but I wouldn't recommend it. *

If Intel allows you to disable the Quiet System Technology, don't you think they'd put a BIOS that would still read the fans regardless of the Quiet System being enabled or disabled? *

for your answer you need to check the type of sensor your board use and how its acessed. Speedfan did you scan the smbus. *
