i tryed using the multi core option on boot but that actualy slowed it down some, maybe you need more memory assigned at boot to speed things up when you use that option... (guess) * +

More ram dont make your pc boot up faster but checking less hardware do and loading less drivers. Its easy to enable multicore for games even if the game dnt support it. * +

its the fastest booting win ive had. even on my low end lappy dual core t4200 2ghz 4gb ram it boots up in a minute ore even less! * +

actauly m agnus the ram can help with 2 gig the pc boots about the same as xp did, with 4 its faster, with 6 theres no diff from 4 so 4 is the sweetspot. *
