i like to make air flow directly to my processor fan using cardboard. .but I still dont have a design for cardboard. .so I need u guy to give me a idea maybe * +

dont. you will block airflow round the rest of the case and cause other components to heat up. so no its not worth it. het a decent cooler, a case that can have multiple fans (even if you have to cur holes in side pannels) and high cfm fans. put 2 120s in the front sucking in air (use a drive bay if needed) 2 in the back sucking out air and 1 on the side eather level with or just above the gfx pci * +

modding a case is great fun. i did my old case and had 9 fans in there and it was cooler and had more airflow than most shop baught 1s. my avaerage temps droped in the case by about 5 degrees and it was always blowing cold air out the back even at full load. * +

my new case blows warm air and its an antec 900mk2 . so dont be scared get yer drills and saws out, and give modding a propper go instead of trying to jerry rig sumthing that may well harm your system. * +

9 fans? It must sounded like an aircraft taking off 
I have the antec 900, added a side fan to it although had to cut off a corner of the fan to get it to fit because of the cpu cooler block * +

yep walter thats correct. and no ipfreely. if you buy decent fans and a fan controler it can be realy quiet, and when i had my headphones on and playing games i wouldnt hear it anyway. * +

also its important to keep it clean inside and around the fans. I dust out my rig once a month to keep the fans effective. * +
