I am using win7 profesional 32bit now i got win 7 ultimate dvd how can i instal this without looseing data? * +

you cant. all you can do is back up yer data to another partiton. 32bit and 64bit are incompatable. as far as upgrading goes. * +

if there both 32 bit then just intall it on the same partition then use disk cleanup to remove the old windows files. * +

just go to upgrade menu and input your 7 ultimate key. Job done and no data loss * +
