hi guys. my friend has an problem at his pc. cant create cd or dvd. it can only play them. thats strange. he changed his dvd rw but still on results! any one any idea? definately thats not a dvd rewriter error. the problem comes by the pc i think. any1 pls! * +

@iamsatan. he cannot create new cd or dvd using all of programs. including the default windows cd-dvd maker. i doubt that on his pc something its been disabled on the admin settings like dvd-cd create. is that possible? * +

write the drive details down that stands on the tray door and post it. Do you have Nero? * +

if you have nero got a tool which you can run. Its called nero drive info and you will find it in nero's menu run it to see the drives specs and post it here * +
