Small app I made using VC++, currently supports converting/resizing png/jpg/bmp/gif/tiff, layered tiff/gif will be converted to single layered images, converting to gif don't support transparency and will show black, also has simple constrain feature (but .net math rounds down so maybe a pixel shorter then photoshop (which rounds up) requires VC++ runtime library and .net 2.0, its not perfect but does what I need, hope you find it useful to =) http://www.sendspace.com/file/4sv41h * +
