yes but you need to clean the drivers properly. first by uninstalling it then re-boot into safe mode. Use the driver cleaner and cab cleaner then boot normal. If you want to make a driver for your monitor. Open rivatuner in main tab the top part which shows your adapters ram press on triangle, then choose 2nd option, click on monitor driver wizard. press get EDID info. * +

i keep telling you win7 isnt xp you dont need to go into safemode to clean out dlls driver sweeper will get them all after the first reboot. i knowthis because i did it the other day. uninstalled the ati dirt2 hotfix drivers rebooted run driver sweeper and rebooted after. i ran it again and no other drivers showed up, it was compleatley clean, unlik on xp i did have to use safe mode to get ridd of * +

some that had access denied as they were in use? even though i removed the app that used em xp still trys to activate em. this is why win 7 is more stable, because when you uninstall sumthing it does it cleanly unlike xp. * +

acess denied are in use and there are left overs. Driver cleaner clean the cab file. Xp didnt had a problem its file protection kicked in. So you just have to purge the cache aswell so that file protection wont copy it back. * +
