well your overclock is to high for your cooler and it looks like the thermal trottle has been turned off. load up bios and load optomised defaults, make sure you reset all yer basics like primary boot device and drive order. turn off c1e halt as this often causes lockups. save and reboot. * +

if its the 920 then you will also have to set the qpi to x36 (for sum reason my board sets it to 48 by default so make sure its set correctly b4 you save and reboot. * +
