It wont pick up blank dvds. It sez please insert disk in drive e, altho there is 1 in. Plz help. Desperately need 2 back up my work * +

ah i need to bk up my stf 2 X i tryd jus putin normal dvd in t c if tht wrkz and it readz it bt cnt bk nwt up to it cus its already got stf on it, x ah y nt try a blank CD. ? and mate? buy a memory stick 4 Ya wrk and dnt save stf to ur hard drive cus if it goez dwn ur screwd. * +

possbly dvd+rw in a dvd-rw drive? or vise versa. drive writing enabled in the drives properties? firmware may need updating., dirty lens? * +
