you mean traces on your pc? Yes easy even if clean hgistory everything. MS network drivers and similiar apps is able to capture and record the packets you receive * +

at the moment virgin media allow u to use torrents i even was there with the guy using it they even told me on the phone they allow it but some isp dont * +
